Brush till your gums bleed (hardcore) is a tribute to myself as I shred a toothbrush after two uses. I swear I am going to start a petition to get more stores to sell more brushes with "firm" bristles. Ha! "Firm!" More like soft. Maybe I should just hot-glue steel wool to a stick.
